The Watch Party is a live outdoor sports screening event that is organized at the winner's outlet to drive traffic and create an exciting atmosphere. To achieve this, AstroBiz Product and Marketing will also provide support via social media, radio, and Astro Rewards.

Deliverables:

• [PRE-EVENT] Promotion on Astro social media (3), 35 spots of radio ads (7 days) on selected Astro Radio stations (at AstroBiz discretion).
• ‍[DURING] Full event setup including: 4.5m x 2.5m LED screen (1), AV console (1), speakers (2), microphones (3), emcees (2) and interactive games via Kahoot app with prizes (5) and lucky draw prizes (10). We will also be conducting a photo ops and testimonial video shoot with appointed outlet representative during/after the event.
• ‍[POST] A 60sec video recap of the event will be shared on AstroBiz WhatsApp channel, used for marketing campaigns and shared with outlet owner.

What is required to be prepared by the winner:

To allow and provide suitable space within outlet vicinity for AstroBiz to host Sports Watch Party for stipulated duration of (4-6 hours) which includes setup, event and dismantling. Outlet to provide the following during the event: table (30), chairs (120), electricity supply to be used for all electrical collateral for event, Astro STB (Setup Box),internet connection (min 30mbps). The requirements are not limited to the above and may be subject to additional provisions.
